JML Optical Industries, LLC today announced it has acquired the operating assets of Harold Johnson Optical Laboratories, Inc. (HJOL). Based in Gardena, California, HJOL manufactures custom optics in prototype and production volume quantities. It serves customers in the defense, industrial, medical and research industries in the US and globally.
