BK7 Plate and Cube Beamsplitters
JML also offers plate and cube beamsplitters for unpolarized, polarized P or polarized S light. These beamsplitters are coated with special dielectric coatings that transmit a specified percentage and reflect the balance of the incoming light. Regarding the most common beamsplitter ratio of 50/50, please refer to the graphs below and on page 241 for our coating numbers 603 and 604 for unpolarized light.We also supply coatings for a variety of wavelengths and other beamsplitter ratios.
Non-Polarizing Beamsplitter Cubes
JML now offers standard beamsplitter cubes that are capable of splitting natural, circularly polarized or 45º linearly polarized light into two equivalent beams (50/50). The cubes split the incoming beam without modifying the polarization. The S and P components of the incoming beam are required to be matched to within 5% of each other. JML offers narrowband cubes in 12.7mm and 25.4mm sizes.
